The future Falcon is expected to be launched by the end of the year and enter service in 2012. The aircraft will replace the Honeywell TFE731-powered Falcon50EX seen here at the bottom of the airframer s range. Dassault Aviation chairman and chief executive Charles Edelstenne says: With the certification and first deliveries of the ultra-long-range Falcon7X complete, Dassault is focusing on pre-developing a new super mid-sized Falcon. Bristols Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival September 16 鈥?21 has added a three-day industry forum.The event will include an interactive cinema, Hybrid Playground and HDR moving image research lab as well as an industry screening series and panel debates.Masterclass subjects include Dean Humphries and Fernando Coimbra.
