Hello!
The incubation period, or the time between exposure and the appearance of symptoms, for an infection such as primary pneumonia or lung abscess can vary widely from 2 days to several years. The terminology used in the histological classification of these diseases is currently evolving. For example, in one case, an 18-year-old patient born to Jordanian consanguineous parents with 11 siblings was diagnosed with asthma.
