The Rush Street Interactive/Kambi tandem has done it again. Not long after establishing SugarHouse Sportsbook, the duo joined forces to create the BetRivers Sportsbook specifically to serve customers in Pennsylvania; the sportsbook operates out of the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, located just steps from Heinz Field.
