Gary Rogers said.Officers responded to a report of a fight and found Carr pushing and hitting a man who was attempting to walk away, Rogers said. Other witnesses were attempting to hold Carr back.The victim told police he had entered the park to voice opposition to the Occupy group when Carr became confrontational.Police responded to another reported incident at 7:10 a.m. Friday morning and discovered Alan Porter, 45, bleeding from the head, Rogers said.An investigation revealed that Porter is part of the Occupy movement, and he was drumming to wake other occupants up when several of them became angry, and Porter was assaulted by two other men.Police located one man, Chris Schisler, 34, at the Portland Public Library at 10:20 a.m. and arrested him.
