В Минобороны (МО) РФ сообщили об указе губернатора Одесской области Максима Марченко заминировать Хаджибейскую дамбу в Одессе. Об этом заявил начальник Национального центра управления обороной России генерал-полковник Михаил Мизинцев, его слова приводит РИА Новости.
 
Он уточнил, что в настоящее время дамба заминирована, ее планируют взорвать.
 
«В Одессе по указанию губернатора области заминирована Хаджибейская дамба, которую неонацисты планируют взорвать. При реализации этих преступных действий в зоне затопления окажутся густонаселенные районы вместе с горожанами», — заявил Мизинцев.
 
По его словам, попытка представителя госслужбы Украины по чрезвычайным ситуациям предотвратить выполнение плана была «грубо и жестко пресечена вплоть до угрозы расстрела». Он призвал ООН, ОБСЕ и Международный Комитет Красного Креста обратить внимание на «преступную политику официального Киева в отношении граждан Украины», а также нарушения международного гуманитарного права и Конституции страны.
