 Fugitives arrested, suspected meth and cash takenApril 26, 2018 , WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky.  WTVQ - Deputies went to a Taylor Circle home just outside Williamsburg Thursday in an attempt to locate 34-year-old Ashley Lay.Deputies say Lay had one warrant issued in Laurel County and three聽warrants issued in Whitley County. One of the聽Whitley County warrants聽was for failure to appear f stanley website or a jury trial, which made her a fugitive.Upon arriving at the home, Deputy Brian Hensley observed Lay through a window. Lay ran when deputies announced their presence. Deputy Hensley says the then forced entry.Deputy Hensley found Lay in a bedroom closet. During the search of the residence, deputies found what they believed to be marijuana, weighing scales, bags containing approximately聽four grams of聽what   believed to be crystal ice methamphetamine, needles, over 100 plastic bags consistent with drug trafficking and over $450 in cash.A man located in the kitchen, 34-year-old Thomas Croley, was determined to be a fugitive wanted for arrest by Texas authorities. The electric Soul also is included.The Korean automaker says the air bag control computer cover can contact a memory chip and damage the electrical circuit. That could stop the air bags from inflating.Dealers will inspect the computer and either update software or replace it.Owners will be notified by mail starting March 21.Kia says in documents posted Friday by U.S. safety regulators that the problem surfaced in Korea last July.
