Режиссер Никита Михалков прокомментировал проведенное ведущей Ксенией Собчак расследование его профессиональной деятельности. Это произошло в эфире его передачи на YouTube-канале «БесогонTV».
Кинематографист привел отрывок из видео Собчак, в котором она озвучивает крупные суммы, потраченные на ряд его фильмов, называя происходящее «весьма подозрительным».
Михалков ответил, что на создание упомянутых ею фильмов из бюджетных денег потратили лишь 22 процента «в связи с законом о господдержке государственного кинематографа». «Все остальные деньги мы находили сами. Больше девяти лет мы снимали эти три фильма. За это время, включая массовки, тысячи людей обрели рабочие места, получали зарплаты, в том числе и те актеры, ставки которых я обнародовал», — объяснил он.
Михалков добавил, что в России существует закон о лишении свободы за клевету. «Нет, я не угрожаю, я просто так... вопрос», — заключил режиссер.
В феврале на Украине предложили возбудить уголовное дело в отношении Михалкова. Глава министерства культуры и информационной политики Александр Ткаченко заявил, что отдельных российских деятелей культуры необходимо подвергнуть уголовному преследованию и одновременно запретить распространение их произведений на территории Украины.
